My background spans professional services, advisory, and corporate environments, where I partnered closely with senior leaders and hiring managers and developed a strong understanding of how capability, potential, and cultural fit are assessed in real hiring decisions. I now translate this insight into clear, personalised career guidance that helps individuals make confident and well-aligned career choices.

Across my recruitment career, I have delivered search-led hiring solutions for professional and leadership roles, strengthening my accreditation and expertise in DISC career assessment, strengths identification, behavioural evaluation, and candidate positioning. This enables me to help clients articulate their value, identify transferable skills, and align their experience with realistic career pathways and market opportunities.

 

I also held an in-house recruitment role across Australia and New Zealand with JLL, where I led strategic hiring and partnered with business leaders on workforce planning and capability needs. This internal perspective deepened my understanding of career progression, internal mobility, and long-term development frameworks.

 

For the past six years, I have run a boutique private career counselling practice, supporting clients with career direction, transition strategy, and job market readiness. My approach combines science-based DISC Assessment into a structured career exploration with real-world hiring insight, and I am now focused on dedicating a practical, actionable plan for your future.
